How to Neutralise a Drone

Military Grade C-UAV system

C-UAV Neutralisation Chain

The diagram presents in more detail the different sensors required for detection and the different neutralization tools. For neutralization, the chart distinguishes between hard and soft neutralization measures and threat mitigation tools. While the soft measures are more preventive in nature, the hard tools are used in the urgent/concrete neutralization phase. At the bottom of the slide, the neutralization chain is presented as a closed loop, indicating the continuous monitoring and analysis of threats and the mitigating actions/neutralization measures taken, leading to new steps and subsequent new analyses. The following section of this module presents some basic technical information on the neutralization chain. We will start by describing various sensors used for drone detection. Later on, we will briefly focus on some of the harder neutralization methods.
