Module 7: Crisis Management Command & Control

Aims & Objectives

The aim of Module 7: Crisis Management – Command & Control of UAV Terrorist Incidents is to provide an introduction to crisis management key principles, theory and practice, offering operational decision-making considerations for the effective command and control of UAV terrorist incidents targeting a public space.

​At the conclusion of Module 7: Crisis Management – Command & Control of UAV Terrorist Incidents students will be able to:​

  1. Explain the key principles, including theory and practice, of crisis management​
  2. Demonstrate an understanding of operational decision-making models and processes​
  3. Explain the command and control key considerations and consequences for managing a UAV terrorist incident at a public space​
  4. Demonstrate an operational understanding of command and control models for first-responder agencies
