Aims & Objectives

The aim of Module 5: to provide an introduction to understanding Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) and related technologies.

The primary objectives of Module 5 are: 

• To explain the development of drone detection technologies including various technologies such as radar, radio frequency, acoustics, and video analytics
• To examine the different types of drone detection techniques and the importance of data fusion and data flow
• To explore the technical challenges of drone detection in challenging operational environments
